Helen Nicole has been an Atlanta resident over 15 years and is still in love with this city. Born and raised in New Jersey, she moved to Atlanta to explore what the city had to offer and has never left. What attracted her to Atlanta was being able to have a great quality of living and still have that big city feel. For the past several years, at a time when most agents had fled, Helen Nicole immersed herself into her full time real estate career. With 10 years experience in TV advertising sales, her ability to market to the right audience and negotiate a sales contract allows her to be most effective when working on behalf of her Sellers and Buyers real estate deals. Today, she resides in a Buckhead community and owns several properties. So, she understand what it is like to wear the hat of a buyer, seller, homeowner and landlord.
